Meet the Owner

Deborra Rikard, EdS, NCC, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, is the Owner and Clinical Director of Grace Therapy, LLC, a private counseling practice based in Nettleton, Mississippi, serving clients across Mississippi and Florida through both in-person and telehealth services. With a passion for helping individuals and families find healing and clarity, Deborra provides compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in both clinical expertise and real-life understanding.

Deborra specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about helping children with ADHD succeed in school and at home, equipping families with practical tools that create lasting change. Her approach is structured yet engaging, blending skill-building with warmth, creativity, and connection.

With advanced training as a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Deborra brings a high level of expertise in executive functioning, behavioral interventions, and emotional regulation strategies. She also incorporates trauma-informed care and, when desired, faith-integrated counseling to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Before founding Grace Therapy, Deborra served in leadership roles where she successfully expanded clinical programs and improved access to care in her community. She is deeply committed to increasing access to effective mental health treatment, particularly in underserved and rural areas.

At Grace Therapy, her mission is simple: Healing with Grace. She believes that everyone deserves care that is compassionate, personalized, and effective—and she works every day to make that a reality for her clients.
